These juried fine art / fine craft fairs
are held outdoors downtown Davenport, IA rain or shine. "The Beaux Art Fund Committee", a non-profit group of volunteers, donates all vendor fees to the Figge Art Museum to help fund exhibitions and educational programs. No commissions will be charged. Free to public.

A complete menu with prices, all items to be offered for sale must be listed . Items not listed may not be sold. Vendor fees must be submitted with application for consideration
RULES & REGULATIONS
All food vendors must provide to Beaux Arts Fund Committee Inc. a copy of current permit from the Scott County Health Dept.

A certificate of insurance, minimum coverage of $300,000.00 liability insurance, naming Beaux Arts Fund Committee, The Figge Art Museum, City of Davenport, any sponsors, and any private property used by the Beaux Art Fairs as additional insured.
Beaux Arts Fund Committee, Figge Museum of Art, City of Davenport, IA and any sponsors shall be held harmless for injury to person(s) or property incurred by the vendor as a result of their participation in the spring or fall Beaux Art Fairs.
If water is needed, vendor must supply up to 200 feet of non-leaking white hose for water supply to your unit. All connections must be attached with a back flow protection device. All materials must be stored within the confines of your assigned area. Refrigerated trucks will not be allowed if they do not fit
in the area that you are assigned.
No grilling on sidewalks is allowed. If you are using a fryer, you must provide a catch beneath the fryer, i.e., a mat or cardboard box to alleviate grease on the street, or in city sewer. Vendors are responsible for maintenance and clean-up within and surrounding their area during and following the fairs."Leave it as you found it" is a good guideline.
Must provide committee with IA tax identification and are required to collect and report all IA State tax. Must be in compliance with all Health Department standards. Booths must remain open during fair hours. All prices must be posted.
